Calato Industries is an engineering, manufacturing and artificial intelligence company founded in 2019 and headquartered in Italy.

The company specializes in the design, development, manufacturing and assembly of advanced mechanical systems and intelligent technologies for motorsport, automotive, aerospace and defense.

Calato Industries was conceived as a vertically integrated solution across different fields, in which design authority, production capability and quality assurance are consolidated under a single structure. Every component delivered to a client must be traceable to the engineers who designed it and the facilities that realized it.

Operations are conducted within a dedicated industrial facility located in northern Italy. The site is equipped with latest generation DMG Mori machining centers, ZEISS metrology systems and dedicated workstations for composites manufacturing.

The company is organized into three main operational divisions.

• Engineering: mechanical design, structural analysis, vehicle dynamics, airflow simulations.

• Manufacturing: 5-axis CNC machining, CF composites production, additive manufacturing and advanced metrology.

• Intelligence: development of proprietary artificial intelligence systems, embedded software and complex digital infrastructure.

Research and prototyping activities are conducted exclusively within company-controlled facilities and are not subject to subcontracting.

Selected high-volume production may be allocated to qualified industrial partners, under direct technical and quality oversight by Calato Industries.

Calato serves a selected portfolio of clients across different industries with active technical partnerships at world championship level.

Calato Industries operates under a single governing principle: the delivery of engineering, manufacturing and intelligence solutions of verifiable, repeatable, and demonstrable quality, to clients for whom these standards are operational requirements.

The only long term mission of the company is to win as a motorcycle manufacturer at the maximum level.

Everything Calato Industries does, including all B2C and B2B activities, is finalized exclusively to reach this target in the near future.
